Default B3500 4000lb front axle 5.9L Suspension/Steering

What setup would you all recommend for the smoothest ride possible?
I am bouncing around quite a bit at the moment. The rear currently has 5-6 leafs and then some worn looking helper shocks.

When overhauling the steering system, would it be recommended to replace the steering gear along with the linkage/bushings?

What about your control arm bushings, tie rod ends, ball joints?

Those all look very worn. is there a good kit available for the 4000 lb axle? I am only coming up with sets that exclude the 4000 lb version
