replace the lock cylinder...but...
the issue you will have is that the door locks wont work anymore.

A locksmith can make a new key for about 75 bucks.

Call a locksmith or dealer. Toss up as to which will be more expensive.

I think you need the original key to get out the old cylinder. Don't remember but i had to replace mine years ago. Now i have one key for the doors and another for the ignition. Go to the dealer with your vin and see what it will cost for them to get another key.

For future reference, I believe 1995 Ram vans have one key which locks/unlocks the doors, glove box and starts the the van so the far easiest way to get a key cut is to remove a door lock cylinder (takes 15 mins) and bring it to a locksmith.
