If you have the 8 lug...
You have a 16in rim with zero offset (ET) and a bolt pattern of 8x165.1

A good site of info. Looks like the B2500 and B3500 that have the 8-lug rims with the 225/75R16 tires can use the Ram Truck steel wheels perfectly from 1994-2001. In 2002 they dropped that tire size for the trucks.
