Default front crank seal leaking

Anyone have a write up or a video on replacing the front crank seal in a 1999 Dodge Van 3500 5.9?

You have to remove the water pump and the timing chain cover. The seal is mounted in the timing chain cover, not the block.

I was able to secure the directions for the replacement and it does not say you have to remove anything but the pulley. All can be done without removing the cover according to this.
