First and best thing is please give a better description of what led up to you knowing there is water in the oil... It was running well, then all of a sudden... Or it's been losing coolant lately but I didn't check last couple days and... What happened?

What does the oil look like on the dipstick? Did the van overheat? Are there any visible leaks?

No sarcasm intended at all but will help put the pieces together for someone to give some thoughts and advise
Someone with experience will jump in to help out

First thing which comes to mind is a headgasket but it could be a bad intake manifold or a cracked engine block but my money is on a headgasket. You should have your cooling system pressure tested to see if it leaks down.

It sounds like head gasket. Is there any sign of oil in the radiator ?At any rate DO NOT start again!! Get it towed to shop for R&R,both sides and cleanout the cooling system.Or DIY .Just a thought1111111

Is it oil or tranny fluid? If it's tranny fluid then the tranny oil cooler built into the radiator is leaking internally.
