Turn signals not working

I have a 1995 dodge van 2500 and my turn signals stopped working last week. I would like to know how i can check to see if it's just a fuse.

Do they do anything at all? If they come on, but, don't blink, the flasher unit is in the fusebox on the side of the dash. If they don't do anything at all, fuse would be the first thing to check.
