Default 99 Van 3500 blend actuator

Hey, So my heat stopped working in my 1999 Dodge Van 3500. After investigation I have figured out its the motor for the blend door. The motor has the arm on top of the motor that connects to the arm that operates the blend door. It doesn't look like the heater treater will work for this style. Anyone replaced the motor? I can't find them available anywhere. Thanks.

It's not vacuum operated its an electric motor. I've already pulled the motor out.

Remove the glove box and the blend door motor pretty much stares you in the face.

FWIW, my blend door wasn't moving at all so I unhooked the tab on the motor that holds the bar / arm to the blend door, grabbed the door lever from the engine compartment side with some long needle nose pliers, gave it a good douse of WD-40 and worked it back and forth. It was stuck pretty good. I reattached the motor and it started working fine after that.
