A good place to start would be to check the fuse.

All fuses good, has anyone had a sanner go bad due to a bad pcm? I ask cuz i replaced the bad PCM, new one worked great till now, CEL came on, still runnin good but can't ck codes even by ignition I have the actron CP9670, thats why i was hoping for a bad fuse or something like that. Try another scanner.

There *should* be power on one of the wires at the ALDL. (where you plug your scanner in) I don't remember WHICH one though......
