How replace blower motor Ram Van b2500 5.9L 1996

I have a Dodge Ram Van b2500 5.9L 1996. I want to replace the blower motor but I'm unsure how to easily get to it. Has anyone done this before and have any tips or guides they could link me to? Currently, I'm struggling to find any info for my van...
