I can't seem to find a 1st gen driver door power mirror for my RAM B250 van.
Today I found a van for sale, same year & model with blown engine. Cheap. I'm thinking of buying it, pull the parts I want (mirror, radio, few other odds and sods, then parting out. Any thoughts, or better ideas?.

Parting out a vehicle is a time consuming process........ Are you prepared to have it sitting around for a year or more?

 

My vehicle is too old for AM-Autoparts mirror listings. Seems like first generation RAM is just to old for wreckers in Canada.
But you're certainly right - a rusty old vehicle on my garage pad is a sore sight.
