Default Instrument lights flickering

I just purchased a 97 b2500 conversion van with 66k original Miles. Having 2 problems. 1. The check engine light, gen light, and parking brake light, flicker when i drive. If i give them or the dash a couple taps they flicker or go away so I’m wondering Does anyone have or can link me to a diagram of the dash cluster? So I can get in there and clean the connections and find the short. Problem 2. Will more than likely be a pia, I need to access the cable driven temperature door in the hvac, something nested in there while the van was parked and it’s obstructed, not allowing for adjustment. The blend door works as it should. Thanks in advance!

2 weeks and not a single reply, that is disappointing.

Got a loose connection, or bad ground somewhere. For wiring diagrams, you can try here. Best bet is to find a factory service manual for your van.

I’ve tried looking online for a fsm pdf but couldn’t find one. Do you know where one may be archived?

Not just offhand. You could probably buy one for pretty cheap. (pdf, or physical copy.... up to you.) They are EXTREMELY useful when you run in to interesting issues. (not to mention having real, accurate, wiring diagrams.....)
