Default AC is always lukewarm and only blows on highest setting
My AC will only work on the highest setting and air temperature doesn’t change. Where to start?

For the blower only working on high. I would take a look at the blower resistor block. No clue where it is on your van though.

For the a/c being luke warm, is the compressor running?
