By the way, the new PCM is cooler than the old one, not by a lot (after all it IS Florida) but you wouldn't worry about brushing up against it right away. Vacuum test much better now too
Bluetooth OBDII scanner showing no codes, and the live data readings from it (although it's hard to find good advice about what those readings SHOULD be) appear to us to be in a normal range.

after replacing many parts`with known good ones the pcm was the culprit on my 92 b250

Hi.
Same vehicle here. Having the same problem. They replaced the brains and it still happens, just dies randomly. What was your end result?
Thanks so much for the thread. lots of good ideas. I know it was a cascade of issues you faced but If you can point to any of the things you did that had the best results or impact that would really help.

When this happened to me replacing the crank sensor solved the issue.
