Default Strud Rod/Radial Arm Bushings

I'm about to put on new strut rod bushings, it looks like easy access to the one bolt (I just soaked it with Blaster). My question is, once I get that bolt off, how hard is it to get the rod out of that bracket to take off the old bushings and put on the new ones? Any tips/tricks/advice would be great.

The forward end of that rod is bolted to the top side of the lower control arm, 2 bolts I think... memory does not serve me so well these days but also think maybe that bump stop needs to come off also...?
I'd suggest pulling the wheel off and using a jack stand on the frame right near where the nut end of the rod is (like in your pics) and a jack under the control arm with some pressure to keep minimal movement as suggested in the previous thread you had asked about on this topic.
Think I'd loosen but not remove the big nut end first, then tackle the control arm end, then take off the big nut, the rod will slide out. Bolt it back in place in reverse to give some wiggle room fitting it back to the control arm end, then torque the big nut.
