UPDATE;
Happy to say first time ever found a great shop. Rebuilt tranny (ETE I think??) with new cooler lines for $2688 total in Euless TX. Runs great. Barely limped into the shop w/out a tow too. 3 year, 100,000 mile warrantee on tranny includes 50% of labor costs at national locations. In a couple days it's back on the road to CA from FL to start a new life. Strange timing for that but the right woman will make a guy do strange things.
