Vacuum harness
I have a b1500 with the 5.2 . The vacuum harness in the engine bay is totally rotted. Can anyone show me the routing of the hoses so I can hook it back up or another easier solution

You can pull that rotted plastic tubing harness and throw it in the trash and replace it with common vacuum hose from the autoparts store. Where it comes through the firewall (mine anyways) pull off the rubber connector and plastic nipples will be sticking out of the fire wall.
Out of memory, one hose goes to the heater control valve, one to a vent door behind the passenger fender, one to vacuum source off intake manifold. Something like that. I have a 1999 5.2
There is also a vacuum canister close to the vent door but i think it goes to a tee with vacuum source.
This is close but not 100% accurate.
Where is my coffee now?
