Default Parts costing

Hello all
My 97 Ram 2500 has come to its end. I am trying to figure out what parts to take off and sell versus what to let go to the scrape yard. I am not selling anything through the forum on this thread per the rules of the forum, just searching for pricing help.

I am trying to figure what parts are worth pulling, and what they are worth? I do see power window regulators, power window switches, and engine ECU seem to be worth a lot versus weight and ease of unbolting. Are there any special parts I'm missing? I think of needing new tailgate bolts for a ram truck and paying $15 for a pair of news ones (didn't have time to dig through the junk yard).

Knowing the price of most of the parts is what is someone willing to pay what does a used transmission run?

A lot depends on where you are, and the condition of the parts. How many miles on the van, and why are you retiring it?

The van has a rusted steering gear box and looking at the suspension that has some pretty bad rot too.

The van had maybe around 180,000 miles.

Maybe a couple hundred for the engine, trans, and rear axle..... for the rest, I would compare prices on ebay, or amazon, and price accordingly.

Do you have the 5.9L V-8? I'm still searching for the entire Evaporator Housing (plastic) and the Air Intake Accordion snorkel, plus all the necessary hardware. My housing has cracked and I'm missing the intake. Thanks!

The van had the 5.2 V8 but it went to the scrap yard. Of all I took off I didn't grab the trans out cause I figured it was more work than it was worth. Had a lot of interest in it after I scraped it though...

A hot item was the power window switches - that surprised me.
