Default Monroe Load Adjusting Shock Absorbers

Anyone running them on the rear? I will be towing a trailer with a total weight of about 4000lbs and need to replace the old ones. Thoughts?

The monroe load adjusting fellers have a spring on them, and are designed to help support up to 1100 lbs on the axle.... Unfortunately, your shock mounts are NOT designed with that particular purpose in mind..... I'd go with the good ol' ranchos.
