Default Vacuum line that runs around rear bumper?

Hi guys, I'm currently out on a roadtrip from Seattle to Glacier National Park. I just starting feeling an intense vibration while braking from about 60 mph. Thinking my rotors are warped. I pulled over to have a look and noticed a vacuum line under the passenger rear wheel well that had come loose and dragged on the ground. Just a thin black vacuum line. Van is running fine... It runs under the rear bumper and back around the driver side past the fuel tank. Anybody know what this is? Vibration got better after letting it cool down a few minutes. Thanks for any thoughts!

There shouldn't be a vacuum line back there...... I have no clue what that would be. If it's a fat one, might be the rear differential vent hose......

if its super thin...like 1/8 diameter or so....it may have been an old air shock line that decided to fall down....just guessing
