Vehicle is very sluggish when put in fwd. gear. Once it starts moving then its okay. Also key buzzer won't stop buzzing

May want to read codes anyway, and see if there are any pending.

For the buzzer, I don't know what all will set it off, keys in ignition with door open, headlights on in certain circumstances, and likely a few other conditions.... I think it is part of the central timer module, but, not 100% sure on that.

If it's in Park and you give it some throttle, does the engine speed up okay? If not, you have a fuel problem or something with the throttle plate. However, if it does it only in gear, I'm thinking either you have a binding universal joint or dragging brakes. They won't drag as much in reverse as that's how they adjust. I'd check the brakes first.
