2001 5.2, is it worth going to electric radiator cooling fan to improve mpg, if so , what is proven

 

Well, to do it right..... you are gonna spend a couple hundred bucks, at least, to put a good cooling solution on there, and you might pick up 1 mpg..... It would take a long time for those to pay for themselves, and from my observation, folks end up replacing the fans every four or five years anyway.....
