The turn signals and hazards don't work. I changed the (very expensive) flasher relay they share for some reason with no effect. I also noticed that the parking lights go out when the headlights are turned on. The flashers work intermittently, albeit briefly. This just doesn't seem to make any sense, any help would be a life saver.

 

I once had the same issue and it was the 4-way flasher switch up on the steering column that was bad.
