i'v got a 1988 dodge ram van b-250 5.2L 318cid and am new to working on vehicles, not to long ago some smoke came from the hood and now im not getting gas or spark, someone said its a fusible link, they all appear to be good, other than the one that was soldered back together by the previous owner, i bought another ASD relay and i didnt get a result from that, if i stick a 9V to the pins i can hear it close so it works, im thinking that the ignition system got fried but its with the ECM so to replace it is 225$ from rockauto and i dont make a lot, any ideas would be nice
