Default Right rear clunking

Hi, been running good for a while but got this infrequent, irregular clunking sound on the passenger side rear wheel area of my 2001 DRV 3500 Maxi. This happens while turning sharply at slow speeds going up or down a grade- like at 90 deg. or sharper into or in reverse out of an uphill driveway. Hardly ever used to happen but getting worse quickly. There are no vibrations with normal driving and my drive shaft was balance a year ago with new u-joints. Definitely seems to be passenger side. Any ideas where to look would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Check to make sure the brakes are intact and nothing is broken, the parking brake too.
