Code 42 on 1996 Dodge van 3500 obd 1
I have a code 42 showing up. Previous owner did a lot of tinkering on the electronics.
Taken it in for diagnostics and was told there is 12v on the monitor for the fuel relay. Told it should be 5v.
He said it was too hard to diagnose.
1) Can I put a 5v converter on the line that monitors the fuel pump
2) which line is it?
It runs great with no other issues than the light being on.
