Default 2003 B3500 DRL's Stuck On

I have an 03 B3500 cargo, and has DRLs.

They are now stuck on, came on during the night, and killed the battery. If I connect the battery, the DRLs come on, without a key on or anything.

Is there a way to disable the DRLs? I have to connect/disconnect the battery anytime I use the van.

I don't know where it's located but there should be a DRL relay/module somewhere. (Possibly a black box next to the wiper motor.) Pull it and the DRLs should go off. In fact if the DRL relay/module is stuck on, that could be the problem. On a second note, if you have a factory security system in the van, there is a security relay that controls the same headlamp bulbs as the DRL does. If the security system has a problem, or if this relay is stuck on, then the lights will stay on all the time as well.

Here is the basis DRL circuit for these vans.

Does anyone know the location it would be at on this van? I can't figure out where the DRL module is and still having the issue.

According to theory, the mdule is indeed next to the wiper motor, the relay, however..... is under the glove box??? (at least, that's what I found. No clue how accurate that is.)
