1999 Dodge Ram van no bu5 wont start for months

1999 Dodge Ram van no bu5 wont start for months
One day went outside started van it ran and shut off, been trying to fix it replaced pcm it’s programmed in, I scanned it code p1389 came up I think it’s the crankshaft sensor any advice?

- Faulty Auto Shutdown (ASD) Relay
- Auto Shutdown (ASD) Relay harness is open or shorted
- Auto Shutdown (ASD) Relay circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty Powertrain Control Module (PCM)
