Hi, need to diagnosed the Kelsey-Hayes RWAL on my 96 Dodge Ram van 3.9L.
How do I read the pins locations (14 of them). Bottom left or Bottom right?. Need to id's pin #3, pin #9, and pin #12.
Pin # 3 ignition voltage, Pin # 9 battery voltage and Pin #12 ground.

Looking at the connector, they are numbered left to right, 1-8 is on the top row, 9-16 are on the bottom. (also left to right.)
