Default Need some duct help

Just bought a 94 Dodge Ram 150 and took it up to Montana. On the passenger side it was burning hot on the drivers side it felt like the air from outside was just coming in. I haven’t had a chance to open up the engine compartment as I’m in the middle of a move. I’m guessing that the duct going into the heater core has fallen off so that the outside air doesn’t mix. In addition when you turn the fan on there is very little air coming out the vents. Does anyone have a schematic of the venting system of Ram vans? I bought a manual but there isn’t anything in it. Or any advice or if you have experienced anything g similar?

thanks in advance

sometimes one side hot and one side cool means the heater core is clogged.

It could also be the blend door has malfunctioned.
