The front end is completely different, so, no. Nothing will interchange. As for the 4x4 conversion, Dodge used to offer that as an option, and the Vans were converted by Quigley. That is some major fabrication work though...... You will occasionally see a 4x4 van for sale, but, they weren't cheap even before used car prices got stupid. ![Big Grin](https://dodgeforum.com/forum/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)

Rumour is the crazy Japanese van culture is putting Toyota Tundra brush guards on their RAM vans with little or very minor modifications. One source I had for this stated the guard was from a 2nd generation 2007 Tundra, but he showed a picture of a prior generation Tundra as an example. I'm not sure if he mixed up the years or just picked the wrong image. If I had to guess, I'd think the 1st gen (00-06) Tundra guards would be a closer match then the 2nd gen (07-13). If one for either generation ever pops up cheap (locally) on craigslist or marketplace, I might grab it just to try it out.
The other option is a bull bar, which is the one I'm seriously considering for additional light mount points. Since I can't remember the rules for outside links, just google "bull bar vanning" and an example of this should pop up as the first option. Evidently the guys in the vanning community are putting bull bars from 1994-2001 RAM 1500 trucks on the later model/long nose RAM vans (98+) with no or very minor mount mods. On the earlier stub nose vans (94- 97) it supposedly still works, but with a bit more modding of the brackets. Since most of these bull bars are identical except for the vehicle specific bolt-on mounts, you might be able to find one cheap to experiment with if you're comfortable doing some fab/mod work. The guy in that google search did it by cutting & welded the brackets for the RAM truck, but it might be possible without welding by using bolt/rivets or by some trial and error and bending up some new brackets.
