Default A sign of a leaking rear axle seal ???

While checking tire pressures, I noticed what looks like oily spots around the hub cover of the right rear wheel.

Could this be a sign of a leaking axle seal or something else entirely?

Thanks.

Could be brake fluid from a bad wheel cylinder.

Yeah, I know wheels can be a pain, and the drums? Well, lets just say they make the wheels seem like childs play.
