I have a 1997 Dodge b3500 van the back door is sagging is there a way to realign it si it doesn't sag?

 

Are the hinges adjustable? Or are they welded on? Are the pins/bushings replaceable?

 

There should be access holes on the interrior sheet metal to the rear door hinge mounting bolts and there is slop in the body holes that allow you to move the hinges around to adjust the read doors. They may be covered by interrior panels you will have to remove.
