Default 2001 Dodge 3500 van 5.9

No start after replacing ecu,
coil wires and plugs, dist cap and rotor, fuel injectors, tps, crankshaft position sensor. I seem to be getting plenty of fuel from line but haven't put a ggauge on it. Don't know what's left

Are you getting spark? Injector pulse? I take it the fuel pump DOES prime at initial key on?

I have power at 2 terminals where ASD relay goes...with key off. Is this normal?

Key Off??? Pin 30 should always have power, pin 85 (i think, might be 86)) should only have power with ignition on.

Checked wiring diagrams. Yep, two pins will be hot at all times on the Vans...... Seems that is normal.

Need three things for the engine to run, fuel, spark, and air. I would think that air isn't really the problem...... so, see if you are getting spark, and test fuel pressure.
