95 b2500 van 5.2. Air flows from dash then shifts to passenger floor.

Turn off a/c .

in a few minutes turn on a/c.

Air will usually, flow fom the dash.

Then back to the passenger floor.

All was working well until I went to a COLD cilmate.

Using the heater seems to have caused this malfunction.

Any ideas?

 

Maybe a broken door in the heater box?? Likely need a bore scope to look around, and see what's happening.

What possessed you to move to a cold climate??

 

Did not move to, had to visit.

 

Mighty vac the lines to the actuator. We had an actuator diaphragm fail.
