Default help identifying part

I need help identifying a part that just blew apart out of nowhere. It has to do with the water system and is a 3 way plastic part on center top of engine. It has 3 hoses connected to it. It is a 2002 dodge maxi van 3500

Looks to be a plastic T junction. Pull it off and go get a same sized metal one at the hardware store.

Are you saying that is not a stock part or a common dodge ram part?

He's saying its a very common piece used in hundreds of applications and you can probably get something of much better quality for pennies on the dollar at a hardware store vs paying $$$$ at the dealer or even parts store.

EDIT:
It also appears that finding stock of an OEM piece will be difficult. Every website I used to look up parts doesn't even open the cooling system section assuming that means there's no parts available, even just to look at the schematic and get an OEM part number to research is difficult

Yup, it's just a tee in the heater core line to direct coolant to both the front and rear heater cores.

Assuming all hoses are the same size going to the tee...figure out if it's 5/8" or 3/4" hoses and then go to your local auto parts store and buy one of the following.
DORMAN
47117 Tee Size: 5/8" x 5/8" x 5/8"
DORMAN 47118 Tee Size: 3/4" x 3/4" x 3/4"
