Rock auto has these as well. Apparently, you have replaceable bearings in there, inner, and outer. I bet your local parts store has 'em on the shelf.

the hub on the vans is the brake rotor

1999-2003 Dodge Ram 3500 Van Brake Rotor - Pronto BR5398 - Front - PartsGeek.com

if you are talking about the steering knuckle - yea that's gonna be a hard one to find

Angry Dodge ram van

Dodge ram truck and Dodge ram van have a 4000# axle but the hub and Rotor assembly will not fit a 97 B3500. Bearings do fit but the races which come with the assembly at too close together so axle nut will not tighten. I have had that assembly and as I said the axle nut will not tighten because the races are about 1/4 inch too close together I am still looking my 97 B3500 has been sitting for 6 months unable to get a safety for re registration.

What about adding some washers to take up that space so the nut will tighten?

I am looking into having rings made to put behind the races so the races are the exact distance from the front and rear of the assembly as the old one?
