Default Speedo, odometer and fuel guge not working. 96’ b3500

So I just recently changed the oil on my van and made a huge mess. When I started the car the speedo, odometer and fuel gauge didn’t work. Could the oil have gotten into the speed sensor or something?? I’m really lost trying to figure it out and I need to sell the thing asap! Any advice would be appreciated!

Speed sensor is on the tailhousing of the trans. It's a gear driven signal generator...

Try a cluster test. Ignition off, press and hold the trip/reset button, turn ignition "On", (not start) Cluster should start its test. Make sure the gauges in question go thru their full sweep.
