The metal plate will hold a d-ring I want to glue to the front of the cup holder. Research warns importance of choosing a glue that is capable of bonding to metal and whatever the plastic material is. Is it polypropylene? If someone can enlighten me I'd appreciate it. It's a 2000 Dodge Ram Van. So far my research says J-B Weld is a good choice for metal to plastic.
