Glad to be part of this Forum , looking fwd. to members input. Just in the process of fitting a Redeye motor & HP90 Transmission , Been searching the net for someone that may have done this , I have the engine sitting on the engine x member , open to members positive views or pitfalls that you may think that will come up . I want to go with IFS The D200 from QA1 , Seem to have the same internal dimension Between the Chassis Rails .

You are going to twist the van into a pretzel the first time you step hard on the gas.

Did the donor use electric power steering? Or is there some way to mount the pump?

 

I Get Where you are coming From , But it has to pass certification and engineers cert Before I even Start The Engine , If stuff needs to be Added Roll cage etc. it will be done.


Possibly going QA1 or Similar Rack & Pinion Steering.

 

Not manual I hope..... Would be great for building arm strength though I suppose.
