Two options available. Rob dead van, 95 b 250 of all needed parts. Down side is that all the parts are thirty years old and been sitting for at least five years. Van is dry.
Purchase a universal kit for less than $100. I haven't seen a vid here on the conversion process and am hoping someone has experience and based on their experience suggestions.
I've seen a few vids and it doesn't seem to be too rough a road.

 

Change out the regulators/door panels/switches, and down the road you go. Chances are good that the wiring is already in place on the body side. Might need to install the circuit breaker though.

 

It appears that the door design changed around 98, along with the dash, and the 95 unit is not a slam dunk. Researching wiring harness's to see what is plug and play.
