I have dropped the pan, removed the filter, all the fluid is drained, but I can't remove the next section in order to get to the actual solenoid. A throttle is attached and I can't seem to figure out how to remove it. I know this is an odd one and the internet has been zero help, mechanics have no idea what I am looking at when I explain it, none of the Haynes repair books have anything on the TCC Solenoid. I am in desperate need of help.

 

There are how-to videos on youtube for the trucks, search there for the same year 1500 truck, should find something.
