yea I gotta get back up in there...I may have pulled off the line...yea I see on actuator for DEF/FLOOR and one from REGISTERS. I was all over the engine and area when I did the lifters,,,,it is non-ac season, so the motivation to fix it low LOL Ill get to it when I get bored

 

UPDATE -- I found the problem...I dont believe this was actually it...but it works now...yey!

The vacuum hose for the heater control valve was broken...I found it by accident checking the oil...I must have cracked it somehow when I was doing the intake...the crack was right at where i connects to the valve...I fixed the line and now the blend doors work as they should..so it was a vacuum leak - but just funny how a leak at the control valve affected the AC blend doors...

Wierd but true -- and heck yea its fixed LOL
