Are there wrecking yards that specialize Dodge B250 Ram van part??....need to replace the horn switch in the steering wheel

Many yards have websites that will allow you to go in and select specific vehicles to see if there are any one the lot. For example, Pullapart.C.O.M.

 

Another website to check is: Car-Part.com--Used Auto Parts Market

Some of those on the website will ship to you, if you're too far away.

Horns are horns. Yes they can match why you need.

 

Unlike trim and style, horns don't sell cars. Look for a similar year pickup truck. They often used the same hardware. It might look a little different, but will work. For instance, GM cars and trucks with crank windows all used the same design mount for window crank handles. Even earlier Cadillac's (early 1960's and earlier) used the same handles.

my 84 B250 horn wasn't working when I purchased it three years ago.
My mechanic said re doing the wiring was a nightmare and was not worth the effort. So, I found the only easy inexpensive way was to
take it to an vehicle electrical specialist and had him install a spring loaded push button switch in the metal dash.
Easy to get at and works just fine. I rarely use the horn anyway.
