Ive tried 2 other clusters. One from junkyard. One was tested by the Ebay seller before i got it, Same result.
Im getting a 4v backfeed into #87 pin of the ASD relay and the C1 pin 4 sensor ground (4v) by unplugging the big rectangular 14 pin plug to the right pf the PCM, it goes away, Unplugging the sensors didnt do anything.

Sorry I missed the 'no start' symptom. Since it won't start AND you're getting the 'no bus' message, I'd lay odds on a bad PCM.

Yep. 3rd PCM was a winner. The NO BUS message also disappeared with the arrival of the new PCM . Chasing the NO BUS ghost through each electrical component turned out to be a waste of time. The PCM itself was the cause of the NO BUS.

No bus has always been a fun one to diagnose.......
