AC with a mind of it's own

] I have a 1999 Dodge Full size conversion van with dual ac. The rear has no issues. The front ac will start by blowing up through the defroster, then blow on your feet, then come out the dash vents in a cycle. Each lasts about a minute or two as it continues this wierd cycle. Any ideas?

The vacuum system may have a leak in one of the hoses to the HVAC control head and the valves. Inspect the HVAC vaccum lines first. Of course, you'll need to take the dog-house off and have a good flash light handy for this job. In some instances, one of the hoses just came loose.
