I have a 93 B350 15 passenger with sliding side door. The front latch is busted, I've bought a replacement from a junkyard, but on both old and new, I can't get the outside door handle removed. No clip, no screw (that I can see). Does anyone know how to get one of these things off?

I have a 95 1500 with a sliding door, and there's a little plate that come off around the handle on the inside. If your is like this, you should be able to remove the cover and see how the handles come off.
