Location of tire jack

Can someone tell me where the jack is located for the 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 Ram Van?

It's supposed to be in the cargo area next to the back door (driver's side).

If it's a conversion van done by Elk, PrimeTime or others, it's still in the back, but on the passenger side. Why they moved it makes no sense.
