What Do You Use Your Truck For??

RE: What Do You Use Your Truck For??
On the cow stomach:
I had a similar problem with one of my wolf puppies that a friend adopted... she was playing with her sister and they got a little too rough and her stomach got twisted... led to her intestinal tract not getting any blood, so it died and started to decay...
Rottweilers and other big dogs also get bloat which is a similar problem where they eat too quickly and gulp down a bunch of air, the problem is exaserbated if they also drink at the same time... their stomach fills up with gas and twists... they cannot get the conetent out and surgery is required. Unfortunately it runs up to the 2000 dollar range so most people just have the dog put down.
On the truck:
I bought it for a couple reasons... hauling my RM125 was the excuse, but it is also good for looking good and for highway cruising. So long as the road is smooth the ride is at least on a par with my lincoln, though it sucks on the gas. Over rough roads it is a litle bouncy if there is no load but it does not have the tendency to hit the bump stops like the lincoln sometimes does.

RE: What Do You Use Your Truck For??
I use mine for everything. Sometimes it takes me to work, used as a vacation vehicle when I go to the mountains, hualing mulch and dirt for the yard, helping move furniture and stuff, and certainly for beating up on Fords, Nissans, GM POOPY, trucks when need be.

Well mine is just a good ol' all around truck. I still use it for work, just not in any habit on beating it up. I have yet to have any "heifer" but have had some really nice looking "mares" that I've transported in the truck! LOL!!
Here is my "bitch" and damn near the love of my life, she likes the truck... APBT...(if anyone cares, cross registered and a GNC)
MY GIRL!!

I use my truck for everything from transporting products to just showing off a cool looking and feeling driving vehicle.
As I have said before, camping is a blast in it also, which I recommend to anyone to pick up a tent that
fits in each truck. Many of you may have missed this :

RE: What Do You Use Your Truck For??
mikegonzo,
how much do you like the tent? i've thought about getting something like that, but i don't do a lot of camping right now as it is...usually just to busy and don't get around to. i don't know if buying one for the truck would make me go more or not.
as for the truck....i use it for just about everything. daily driver to school (lets me look good), helping family move, hauling camper (occasionally), towing trailer full of mower equipment (my dad and i have small mowing company), hauling hay for all the critters here at the house, driving through deep water, getting myself up steep driving during winter snow and ice conditions, hauling mulch, sand, and gravel, and hauling deer to the processor after a long day of bow-hunting (yet another great reason for the KC lights on truck, makes it much easier to find things in the dark). i'm sure there are many other things that i use the truck for, but thats all i can think of right now.
