Default ecm reprogram after battery disconnect?

as an anti theft measure, I was thinking I'd disconnect the ecm feed after every shutdown. simple 2 wire 1 switch. This way my ram v10 would be impossible to steal unless they tow it away. Does the ecm actually keep any usefull info it learns? I know you can clear troublecodes by removing the battery, would it have to re-learn anything?

Not sure what year truck you have, but the computer in my 01 5.9 resets back to the base code and has top re-learn if it's totally powered down.

I don't think I'd want to reprogram my radio every time I got back in the truck. You might putting a cut-off switch to your fuel pump and achieve the same thing. I have one on my Challenger (Of course, no computer either) and it does the trick.
