Default Fuel Filter in a 98 RAM

Anybody know if I have a Fuel Filter on my 98 Dodge RAM 1500? I know there in one in the tank with the fuel pump. I don't see any inline filters under the hood, so maybe there is one inline underneath somewhere?

More than likely, you don't have an inline filter. Try looking on the driver side underneath all the way back to the tank. I hope you're not having problems and just want to do some preventative maintenance.I would just suggest gas treatment occasionally.

I have a friend with a '96 1500, doesn't; mine, a 2500'99 doesn't; my husband's '01 1500 doesn't.
